Nowadays, money can be transferred easily around world. Therefore, investors always move their money to the most profitable market. Moreover financial commodities can be created without too much of governmental control. As a result, the incident of Lehman Brothers became a world wide financial disaster.
The housing price in America started to drop since 2006. Then, the problem of the housing loan business gradually come to the surface. The Lehman Brothers was deeply involved in it and had a huge loss. It was because financial banks made the credit of the housing loan as a stock; therefore, many investors who invested in these stocks, also had a huge loss.
In 1992, according to Economist, Taiwan financial market was criticized being too conservative because Taiwan had a huge capital without fully used. During Asia financial disaster, from August 1997 to May 1998, Taiwan Financial condition was stable and was not influenced too much by the disaster. But from 2000, Taiwan Financial policy changed and the consumers Efinancial market expanded. The sale of invest trust fund also increased. Therefore, in 2008 world financial disaster, Taiwan investors had a huge loss.
Singe 2008 financial disaster, the investors in Taiwan have gradually changed their strategies from aggressive to conservative. More and more people in Taiwan join the traditional saving way of �E�Wheai�E�. They save first then invest. Moreover, parents also encourage children to save their pocket money and teach them how to manage it. Therefore, now 70�E�Eoff children in Taiwan have habits of saving.
